JNP came out to have a look at my boiler which had broken down, Alex identified the faulty part quickly and got a new one fitted. Result as it was the coldest night of the winter. I have used JNP a number of times for boiler servicing, fitting a towel rail and the service has always the same, polite, efficient and fairly priced. Great service, Alex, thank you.

Alex is a fantastic bloke who really knows his stuff, I had a full property restoration including 2 bathrooms, a kitchen moved 2 rooms along, new/moved radiators, new pipes all over the place, shower pumps, new mains pipe and balancing of the system once all works were done – nothing was an issue, easily the cleanest tradesman onsite (some days there were 12 people at the same time such was the size of the job). Good quote and despite the odd thing creeping up that was unforeseen Alex kept to the budget. When needed Alex recommended other tradesmen and that was a real bonus. Cant recommend Alex and JNP enough.

We moved into our new home in December and needed the boiler installing urgently due to cold weather and a two year old in the house and he was able to accommodate straight away. It was a big job and Alex stuck to the price quoted. Friendly and knowledgeable and he filled us with confidence it would be a good Job and it was.
